How to install and configure a VNC client.
VNC (Virtual Network Computing) is a utility like Microsoft's Remote Desktop. It allows remote access to a computer's desktop. Unlike Remote Desktop, VNC works with almost all operating systems.
If Computer Troubleshooters (CT) have setup a server or client machine with a VNC server, you can use the above client for connecting to the server desktop. You will need the connection settings from Computer Troubleshooters.
Download the file below. Run the file to install. Configure as per instructions from CT.
